Lovely combination of man-made and natural beauty. Are they lanterns ? Or man-made hives ?

These are paper lanterns.. either used as lamps or decoration.. Hung up as they were on the tree, they competed for my attention with the figs on the trunk and the Parkia fruits that hung from the tree in the background! I found that each person notices something different in this photograph based on their interests and backgrounds! Thank you so much for your appreciation Susan! :-)
